Outsourcing is the act of obtaining services from an external firm. Legal process outsourcing is defined as outsourcing the legal processes and procedures from areas where it is costly to perform to an outside firm offering significantly decreased costs to process the legal formalities.

The concept of LPOs has been growing rapidly in the recent years, thus, giving more job opportunities to Indian law professionals. The processes covered under LPOs with substantial fees to India are as under:
