About various examinations

  • Common Entrance Test (CET) – BCA by Indraprastha University

 Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts Common Entrance Test (CET) for various professional courses every year. The university was founded in 1988 and has been graded ‘A’ by NAAC. IPU CET (BCA) is conducted for admissions in BCA course.

Eligibility

  • Candidates passed in 12th class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and must also have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject

  • The candidate should not be more than 21 years of age as on 1st August of the admission year (23 years for SC/ST candidates).

Duration of the Exam: 2 hours 30 mins.

Final Selection Criteria:

Step 1: The selection in IP University’s BCA program is based upon the rank bagged by a candidate in CET BCA.

Step 2: Each candidate is asked to come for counseling and allotment of seats take place on the basis of availability of the seats and merit lists.

How to Apply

Step 1: A candidate is required to fill the application form online on the website www.ipu.ac.in and the send the scan of the necessary documents, photograph and signatures from personal id.

Step 2: On filling the form, a candidate gets a registration number and password which is required to be kept safely till the results are announced.

Step 3: Pay the cost of application form, payment can be made via Debit/Credit Card or Net-banking.

  • B-UMAT -2017 conducted by BVDU (Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University)

Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU) has emerged as a global university in the last one decade offering a wide range of programs and courses offering various educational facilities. Bachelor of Computer Application offered by BVDU is introduced to clear the concepts of Computer Applications.

A Candidate should have passed HSC (10+2) or equivalent examination from any statutory board with minimum 45% of marks in aggregate (40 % in case of SC/ST candidates).
